4	lb	Cubed beef
1	lb	Ground pork
9	tb	Chili powder
2	tb	Cumin
1	tb	Garlic powder
2	tb	Onion powder
1	tb	Corn starch (additional as
1		Needed to thicken)
1	tb	Salt
2	tb	Brown sugar
1/2	ts	Black pepper
1/2	ts	White pepper
1	cn	(8 oz) hot jalapenos with
1		Liquid (blend)
3	cn	(8 oz) tomato sauce
1	cn	(14 1/2 oz) beef broth
18	oz	Water (at start)

Brown meat, drain. Add all other ingredients, cook until meat is tender.
